1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Freequency Wellness website (hifreequency.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Freequency Wellness provides chef-prepared, fresh meal delivery and pickup services to customers in Calgary and surrounding areas (within our delivery radius). We also offer wellness programs, membership options, and related content.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable GST.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes.
Orders may be placed on a one-time or subscription basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area (Calgary and surrounding areas within 100km).
Delivery windows are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Freequency Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order, or to provide adequate delivery instructions.
Pickup orders must be collected within the designated pickup window. Uncollected orders will not be refunded.

5. Freshness and Food Safety

All meals are prepared fresh and are intended for consumption within the timeframe indicated on the packaging.
Freequency Wellness is not responsible for food safety issues arising from improper storage after delivery or pickup.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, it is your responsibility to review meal ingredients carefully. While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, our meals are prepared in a facility that may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made before the weekly order cutoff time to receive a full refund.
If you receive a meal that is incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at vibes@hifreequency.com and we will make it right.
Freequency Wellness reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of ingredient unavailability or other circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

7. Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders, view order history, and access member features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Membership

Freequency Wellness membership provides access to exclusive content, recipes, fitness programs, and member discounts as described on our Membership page.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Member benefits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Freequency Wellness website — including text, images, logos, recipes, and program materials — is the property of Freequency Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freequency Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
